Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, Certified Practising Accountant, and both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, were appointed as liquidators of the company by a Special Shareholder’s Resolution on 25 November 2025 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 16 January 2026 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
