EL AMADO LIMITED, ADSTAFF PERSONNEL LIMITED, CYG LIMITED and FCQ CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EL AMADO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 20 November 2025 at 4.48pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
Boris van Delden (IP57) and Daniel Zhang (IP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ADSTAFF PERSONNEL LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 24 November 2025 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
Iain McLennan (IP82) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CYG LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 27 November 2025 at 10.47am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on the application of Bremner Residential Limited.
Iain McLennan (IP82) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FCQ CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 27 November 2025 at 10.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on the application of Bremner Residential Limited.
