Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Larissa Helen Logan, was appointed liquidator of EX HML LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland on 27 November 2025 at 10.08am. The applicant creditor was EX HML LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
We fix 25 January 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
