Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Rotorua on 25 November 2025 at 10.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the application of Flexicommercial Limited.
The liquidators fix 23 December 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
