Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANA ORCHARDS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP by special resolution by the limited partners pursuant to section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 24 November 2025 at 8.55am.

We fix 24 December 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
