MANA ORCHARDS GP LIMITED (in liquidation)
John Fisk and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANA ORCHARDS GP LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 24 November 2025 at 9.00am.
We fix 24 December 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
