Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of RUNGAROON ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 November 2025 at 4.00pm and in the liquidation of B & L SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) (formerly known as CFA MAINTENANCE LIMITED) on 19 November 2025 at 11.19am and in the liquidation of BEATS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 November 2025 at 2.27pm.
The liquidators fix 29 December 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
