Colin Gower and Diana Matchett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Christchurch (registration numbers IP20 and IP110, respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the limited partnership by order of the High Court at Christchurch on 19 November 2025 at 2.30pm upon the application of Pounamu Strategic Holdings LP.

Notice is given that as liquidators of the limited partnership, we fix 16 December 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
