Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

14 November 2025

BEVBRAND 2019 LIMITED, BEVBRAND 2022 LIMITED, CLSD LIMITED and SERE LIMITED at 8.00am by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

15 November 2025

BIGBLU BROADBAND LIMITED at 12.45pm by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 26 December 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
