Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CAVENDISH DRIVE LIMITED and KEY CAPITAL LIMITED (both in liquidation) on 19 November 2025 by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”):

These are solvent liquidations.
Prior to liquidation, the companies’ directors signed a declaration for each company that debts will be paid within twelve months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of these declarations were delivered to the Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 19 December 2025.
