Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The abovenamed companies were placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 14 November 2025 at 10.00am and 17 November 2025 at 2.00pm respectively. Craig Young was appointed liquidator of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator hereby fixes 23 December 2025 as the day on or before which all creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
