Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ ENVIRO LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 7 November 2025 at 10.08am.
