Notice is hereby given that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, was appointed liquidator of the above company and limited partnership, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

The liquidations commenced on 12 November 2025 at 3.27pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 December 2025.
