Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that Amanda Atkins, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named companies by special shareholders’ resolution at 10.10am on 12 November 2025.

This is a solvent liquidation and the company is no longer required for the purpose for which it was established.

The liquidator fixes 12 December 2025 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
