Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 6 November 2025 at 3.47pm and 7 November 2025 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 15 December 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
