Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company appointed Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 10 November 2025 at 1.00pm.

The company is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 5 December 2025 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
