Iain McLennan (IP82) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW BEE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 6 November 2025 at 10.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Bremner Residential Limited.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (IP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLADWIN HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 November 2025 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Please note that this company’s all known external creditors have been paid.
