Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2025 at 10.40am, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of UBCO LIMITED (in receivership) and UBCO HOLDINGS NOMINEE LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 9 January 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
