Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Company Nos.: 8148768 and 8501886

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 6 November 2025 at 11.12am and 7 November 2025 at 10.56am respectively. The appointments were made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 8 December 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
