Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2025 at 9.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Kevyn Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 8 December 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
