Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Benjamin Brian Francis and Garry Cecil Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies as follows:

BONHAM ART & DESIGN LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on at 2.25pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

BONHAM ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company at 2.25pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

PHILLIPS HEALTHCARE LIMITED by the High Court at Whangarei, on the application of Ngapuhi Investment Fund Limited pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 at 10.00am.

The liquidators fix 9 December 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
