Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 at 2.20pm on 28 October 2025.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 1 December 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
