WELLINGTON COMBINED TAXIS LIMITED, WELLINGTON COMBINED PROPERTIES LIMITED and COMBINED FINANCE LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Jessica Jane Kellow and Iain Bruce Shephard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the companies on 29 October 2025 at 9.00am by a resolution of the creditors and shareholders passed at a watershed meeting of the companies held in accordance with the decision of Hon Justice Boldt in Rahman v Shephard [2025] NZHC 1452.
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 1 December 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
