JCD NZ LIMITED (in liquidation)
Stephen White and Janet Sprosen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of JCD NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 23 October 2025 at 10.54am on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 1 December 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
