Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PUKU ORA LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 31 January 2025 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
This notice replaces the earlier advertisement, which incorrectly noted that the date of liquidation as 28 January 2025.
Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 March 2025.
