OMEGA HUTT VALLEY LIMITED and DREAMM CONTRACTING LIMITED (both in liquidation)
John Marshall Scutter, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP76), was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 28 October 2025 at 6.56pm.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of OMEGA HUTT VALLEY LIMITED and DREAMM CONTRACTING LIMITED (both in liquidation) fixes 25 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act.
Creditors who have not made a claim on or before the above-mentioned date, may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is proved, and may not object to that distribution.
