Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Upshot Pumps Limited (in liquidation) at 10.05am on 9 October 2025, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 1 December 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
