Notice of Appointment of liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Rotorua pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 21 October 2025 on the application of the Inland Revenue:

MATLEY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.19am.

MATLEY GROWTH LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.18am.

We fix 5 December 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
