CLARK VILLAGE LIMITED and CHILLI YA LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of CLARK VILLAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 October 2025 at 2.19am and of CHILLI YA LIMITED (in liquidation) on 21 October 2025 at 8.18pm.
The liquidators fix 1 December 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
