WIMPEX LINK LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation)
Judith Shields (IP164) and Malcolm Hollis (IP65), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WIMPEX LINK LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 20 October 2025 at 10.00am.
We fix 19 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
