Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AAA PLUMBING & GASFITTER LIMITED (in liquidation) and SKINS APPAREL LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on the 17 October 2025 and 22 October 2025 at 10.21am and 11.36am respectively.

We fix 24 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the Company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
