OFF ROAD CARAVANS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED at 11.06am by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239 AT of the Companies Act, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
BLACK & WHITE AT BAY LIMITED (trading as Kebabs on Queens) at 10.23am by the High Court at Wellington, on the application of Bidfood Limited (trading as Bidfood Foodservice Wellington), pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
CAD LAB LIMITED at 10.00am by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 28 November 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
