Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PAEWAI SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 13 October 2025 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COCO SPA LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 13 October 2025 at 3.35pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RSC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the companies on 19 October 2025 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHREE GANESH GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the companies on 19 October 2025 at 7.55pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IDEA UNIQUE LIMITED (trading as Time Zone One) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the companies on 20 October 2025 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 2 December 2025.
