Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 15 October 2025 at 1.15pm, IBBOTSON 2020 LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by the 14 November 2025. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
