Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of IDIENS SHEETMETAL & ROOFING LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch on 16 October 2025 at 10.25am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.

We fix 21 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
