Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of REDEMPTECH SUPPORTERS LP by the Auckland High Court on the application of Redemptech Limited, pursuant to section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 86(1)(b) and section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on 16 October 2025 at 10.51am.

I fix 18 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
