Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2025 at 10.47 am, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of UBCO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of the receivers of UBCO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership).
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 18 December 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
