Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of TECHNOLOGY CENTRE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 10 October 2025 at 10.00am and of HENGYUAN INVESTMENT GROUP CO. LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 October 2025 at 4.42pm and of LOGICAL SYSTEMS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 16 October 2025 at 5.00pm and in the solvent liquidation of TEKAPO HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 15 October 2025 at 10.23am.

The liquidators fix 21 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
