Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above company by order of the High Court at Blenheim on 14 October 2025 at 12.30pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 30 November 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Licensed Insolvency Practitioners

Liquidators are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
