Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act on 8 October 2025 at 11.03am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 12 November 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
