Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 14 October 2025 at 3.00pm special resolutions pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act were passed by the shareholders to liquidate the companies and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 17 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
