Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on the dates and times below:

EVOLUTION NETWORKS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 2.00pm.
Notice is given the liquidators fix the dates below which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
