Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the charitable trust by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 13 December 2024 at 10.04am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 24 January 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
