Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Larissa Helen Logan, was appointed liquidator of HEIVON CONSTRUCTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 10 October 2025 at 6.00pm.

We fix 21 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
