Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 8288902 and 6846635

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Auckland on 9 October 2025 pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, at the below times:

• JSE INVESTMENT HOLDING LIMITED at 10.57am on the application of Jianzhong Zhu
• FIRST DEVELOPMENT LIMITED at 11.00am on the application of Jianzhong Zhu

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 7 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
