Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82) were appointed joint and several liquidators of UUE TRUSTEE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga on the application of Body Corporate 519465 on 4 November 2024 at 10.40am. Notice is given that the liquidators fix 31 October 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
