FELLOW SHARER LIMITED at 11.03am by the High Court at Auckland, on the application of Samson Corporation Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
DLM LIMITED at 11.27am by the High Court of Hamilton, on the application of NZ Build Group Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 28 November 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
