Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Stephen White and Craig Sanson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BABASIGA HOMES LIMITED and RN PROPERTIES LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 2 October 2025 at 11.08am and 10.58am respectively, on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

We fix 14 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
