Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 6 October 2025 at 12.15pm.

We fix 7 November 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
