Kristal Pihama and Luke Norman of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on 3 October 2025 at 11.20am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 4 November 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
